DIRECT MARKETING OF AGROECOLOGICAL PRODUCTS THROUGH SHORT CIRCUITS
The commercialization of agroecological production in short circuits strengthens local agrobiodiversity and guarantees greater access to income for producers, eliminating middlemen. This promotes sustainability and democratizes the distribution cycle, contributing to food and nutritional security and sovereignty, in addition to improving environmental health and generating employment and income.

PROBLEM SOLVED
The distribution of products from agroecosystems in traditional communities meets the immediate need to guarantee food and nutritional security and sovereignty for families in these communities. However, the commercialization of this production in other short circuits is still incipient, limiting the possibilities for generating income and employment.

SOLUTION ADOPTED
Direct marketing strategies in short supply chains involve selling products or services directly from producers to consumers. These chains are based on closer and more transparent relationships between producers and consumers, with the aim of strengthening local connections, promoting sustainability and offering mutual benefits.
The actions are carried out by promoting and supporting direct marketing initiatives for the production of agroecosystems in traditional communities, such as fairs and marketing networks. These initiatives promote short distribution and marketing chains, strengthening the local economy and ensuring greater sustainability.

RESULT ACHIEVED
We conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of the production of agroecosystems in traditional communities, identifying specific characteristics such as types of crops, cultivation methods, seasonality and production volume. This diagnosis maps the needs and challenges faced by producers, providing a solid basis for developing support strategies.
Based on this diagnosis, we implement actions to enhance the distribution and marketing networks of agroecological products. We strengthen local markets, allowing producers to sell directly to consumers, promoting the local economy and ensuring fair prices. We develop marketing networks that connect producers to consumer markets, including restaurants, cooperatives and responsible consumption groups, facilitating logistics and expanding the reach of products.
